My blogging experience

Hello beautiful people! So you see... It's a pretty full day. I have a test in Inorganic Chemistry and I'm tired of everything. However, today I will write about my blogging experience, it's funny. My goal for this year was write in English (not necessary in a blog) because I want to improve my grammar. It was funny seeing all my mistakes because I had so many and some of them were so stupid. Also, I really liked commenting on my classmates' blogs because I that way I have the chance to get to know them a little bit more. The topics in the blogs are very curious and interesting. The teacher and classmates make the semester really cool and funny. Even though most of class I forgot to write blogs on time, jejeje, it was really fun. In the future, I'll write more blogs about something that I liked, because sometimes... writing about things in my major limited me. I would like to write about things that I feel, it's not necessary a topic, simply a writing that ...

something that I've learned or found out

Hello everyone! You missed me? Today I'll write about something that I've learned or found out.  When I was child I was learning kenpo karate, first kenpo karate is a martial art where you can use fists and kicks. It's very interesting because it's a mixture of a lot martial art in the Asia, so you can used this martial art in the sport or as a method of defense.  This sport contributed when I was ten, because I did don't know how control the frustration at school, bullying, etc. And I enjoyed a lot this sport because I felt peace and I was tired because I practice three times a week and I had many friends who practiced with me. Kenpo karate makes me more different than when I was little. Currently, I know many methods of self-defense in the case that someone wants to attack me, seal or hurt me.  Thanks for reading.  XOXO.

A subject I enjoy

Hello everyone! Today I’ll write about a subject that I have enjoyed a lot this semester. I started thinking of three subjects; Laboratory of Chemistry, Taekwondo and Inorganic Chemistry, but I think that Taekwondo won this time. Fist, I'll tell you about Taekwondo and why is my favorite subject. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art, and was developed between the 1940s and 50's. However, although taekwondo specializes in kicking, hit with fists is among his movements. Currently, Taekwondo has become an Olympic sport. In the class, we train and heat the body before kicking, defense methods and physical resistance. I'm supposed to write about the contents of Taekwondo, but I can't explain this because it is a sport. However, I will try. In general, taekwondo is based on the resistence, learning movements and self defense. I enjoyed a lot Taekwondo in this semester, because It gets rid of my stress, besides the teacher is a person very relax and he speaks about...

Who is a person in your field you admire?

Hello people! It's me again!  Today I’ll write about someone I admire in my field. Well, the truth is I don’t have anybody special chemistry, or that was what I thought in the beginning, when I read the topic. So, I started thinking about the topic that like; the bombs and the nuclear energy. Then I recalled Otto Hahn. This man was a german chemist, who discovered the nuclear fission. Maybe you probably don't know about the nuclear fission, so I'll explain this. The nuclear fission is a nuclear reaction in which a heavy nucleus (uranium por example) splits spontaneously or on impact with another particle (neutrons) with the release of energy. But many of you could ask the question: why the nuclear fission is important? It's easy to explain. The nuclear fission is the base of the nuclear bomb. Technically makes "bom" thanks to the separation of atoms and the energy that is released in the fission. Otto Hahn  won a Nobel Prize of Chemistry in 1944.  I don...

Truth v/s feeling good?

Hello! It's been a while since my last update. Today I’ll write about being honest vs making someone feel good. Most of the time, it’s really hard to choose between telling the truth or making someone happy with what we say. I’ve been in both situations and i tell myself "Mmh, but they look so fine". Haven’t you? I've always thought that being honest is more important than the way the truth makes people feel. I believe that, instead of helping, we're doing more harm than good. If you tell someone "I like this" when you actually don’t, you might well worsen the situation. For example, I have a friend and he doesn’t go to classes but he’s at every party. In that case, I tell him directly "you know? You’re smoking a lot" or "hey! you are not studying". If there’s anything I don’t like about someone, I think about how to tell them that and I do it.  Of course being so sincere got me in troubles, but let’s look at the bri...

Post Graduate Studies

. Hello dear readers! I know that in this advanced society it is necessary that professionals (Scientifics) to perfect their knowledge. We can’t stay behind on the technological advances and careers, but the truth is that I don’t have any idea about studies in the future. However, something that always struck me since I was young is the Astronomy part, so if I could do a master’s degree or doctorate, it is possible I would like study a Postgraduate in Astronomical. I knew that the stars, planets are composed of minerals, elements that we are studying in this faculty. So, they (Astronomy and Chemistry) are quite related. I said that when I was young I wanted to study to be an astronomer, I saw myself with a telescope, watching, discovering new stars, new planets. And although many years have passed, the astronomy has a place in my life. I heard the other time that you can do as a magister in Astrochemistry in Spain, I would like to travel and study there. Spain is beautiful c...

.My Dream Job

My dream job? That is a very interesting question or not? Well, the truth is I have a few more friends who knows this part of me. It really not something that i share so much because I feel this very… private? Something special, but mine. I’m talking about singing. When I sing, I do it passionately, I close my eyes and enjoy that, I play with the tones, with my voice. It is very entertaining! My family has been and is intimately connected with singing. My mother, my sister and my niece, (and me, obviously), we always sing. All different types of music, of course. Absolutely everyone in my family we share that connection for the sing. It is beautiful. When I was a child, I wanted to become a singer. To write songs, people could feel my music and what I want to express with that, with my lyrics. And… who doesn't want to be a singer! You can travel a lot, know many cultures, meet some people, strange foods. You don’t have to be a office worked. You do what you love and…...
